The hotel's location was quite central, which made it easy to explore the area's attractions. Also, I appreciated the reasonable parking costs and felt that it was a convenient feature. Additionally, the staff was helpful when we needed assistance with our luggage.
The room was disappointing for several reasons. The space was cramped, and there were no amenities such as a coffee maker or free bottled water. Furthermore, the heating did not work effectively, and we were uncomfortable during our stay. The breakfast was pretty basic and lacked variety. All in all, our new year's experience was not up to our expectations.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to the palace and close to the town centre. I also liked the fact that the hotel has safe parking available for only 8€ per night. The personnel was nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Cannot find any fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, as it is close to the palace in the town centre. We were able to explore the beautiful sights of this city with ease, and it was such a treat to be able to walk to the palace. The proximity to the train station was also a huge plus, making it convenient for us to travel around.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the town centre and the palace. the room was adequate for a budget traveller, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the breakfast had a few options to choose from, and the staff were friendly during check-in.
The hotel needs some renovations and updated amenities.

Great location for exploring Caserta Palace, and safe, affordable parking nearby. Friendly and helpful staff who provided good service during our stay.
The room was quite small and there was only one small sample of shampoo and soap provided for our four-day stay. The breakfast selection was limited and unchanging.
